Was erwartet dich?
- Du optimierst, pflegst und kreierst kontinuierlich relevante Online-Shop Inhalte im Content Management System
- Du gestaltest Aktionspläne zur Erreichung aller relevanten Shop KPIs
- Du briefst die Verantwortlichen aus CRM und Performance Marketing zur Verlängerung deiner Shop Aktionen
- Du identifizierst den Bedarf neuer Features und begleitest deren Umsetzung
- Unter Berücksichtigung suchmaschinenrelevanter Faktoren bei der Content-Erstellung steigerst du die Sichtbarkeit sowie die Usability deiner Inhalte
- Du bist im ständigen Austausch mit Produktmarketing, Content-Creation, Influencer Marketing, Supply Chain und Kundenservice für die kanalübergreifende Absprache der Ecommerce Aktivitäten
- Deine Erfolge stellst du in detaillierten Reportings zur Verfügung leitest daraus Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Ecommerce D2C/ Shop Management, auch länderübergreifend
- Du verfügst über sehr hohe Beratungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz im Online Shop & Onsite Marketing
- Du zeichnest dich durch exzellente Selbstorganisation (v.a. Priorisierung und Zeitmanagement)
- Du bist praxiserprobt mit gängigen Content Management Systemen, Webanalyse-Tool (z.B. Google Analytics), CRM Tools, Photoshop, Projektmanagement-Tools
- Du überzeugst neben deinen strategischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten mit deinem sicheren Umgang mit Zahlen und deiner Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken
- Du verfügst über einen ausgeprägten Teamgeist, bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ein Organisationstalent
- Du verstehst es, eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
