Als Anwendungsbetreuer (m/w/d) bearbeiten Sie eingehende Störungsmeldungen oder Fragen zum System nach entsprechender Einarbeitung selbstständig und sorgen so für Zufriedenheit beim Kunden. Dabei nutzen Sie hauptsächlich unser Kundensupportportal und kommunizieren vorwiegend schriftlich mit den Kunden.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen die pünktliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen/Störungsmeldungen sicher, erörtern Zusammenhänge und die System-Konfiguration
- Sie schulen und beraten die Kunden in Anwendungsfragen und im Umgang mit der Software Infor LN aus dem Bereich Logistik
- Sie arbeiten mit internen Schnittstellen (Consulting, Projektmanagement etc.) sowie dem Support bei unserem Vertriebspartner zusammen
- Sie leiten Störungsmeldungen an den Produkthersteller weiter, dokumentieren die Fehlermeldungen und Lösungswege
- Sie verantworten die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Tests, übernehmen die proaktive Systemoptimierung und Problemlösung
- Sie pflegen Kundenstammdaten sowie Zugangsdaten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Logistik-Umfeld (Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Logistik-Management, Logistik-Fachkraft oder ähnl.), sowie über Erfahrung als KEY-User eines ERP Systems
- Idealerweise haben sie Erfahrung im IT-Support mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Konfliktfähigkeit aus
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Analyse-Kompetenz sowie einen Blick für das Wesentliche und Wichtige
- Sie arbeiten teamorientiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich
- Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
