Was erwartet dich?
- Du optimierst unseren gesamten Online Marketing Funnel: gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung setzt du eine Strategie und Roadmap auf und bist für deren Umsetzung verantwortlich
- Du hast die volle Verantwortung, unsere Online-Aktivitäten in allen Bereichen sukzessiv auf Top-Niveau zu bringen ob Content Marketing, Paid Ads, Shop Optimization oder Influencer Marketing etc.
- Du baust dir ein Online Marketing Team auf und leitest es
- Du übergibst ausgewählte Aufgabenbereiche an externe Partner und überblickst und steuerst deren Arbeit
- Du monitorst alle relevanten KPIs und erstellst auf Grundlage dieser fundierte Wochen und Monatsberichte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über 3-5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Online-Marketing, idealerweise in einem Startup aus den Bereichen eCommerce, DTC oder im Sportbereich
- Du bist Online Marketer durch und durch, hast Erfahrung mit einer Vielzahl verschiedener Marketing Channels und bist immer am Puls der Zeit
- Du zeigst eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Selbstdisziplin und eine zielgerichtete Herangehensweise sind deine Stärken – für dich ist “done better than perfect”
- Du forderst den Status Quo gerne heraus und bist offen für Veränderung
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Motivation sowie deine Skills im Projektmanagement aus
- Du interessierst dich für den Bereich Sportstech und teilst unsere Vision, Reboots zu einem führenden Unternehmen für Sports Recovery aufzubauen
- Du identifizierst dich mit deiner Arbeit und gehst deine Aufgaben überaus motiviert und engagiert an

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
