Was erwartet dich?
- In deinem Fokus steht die Konzeption sowie die Ein- bzw. Weiterführung und Überwachung des gruppenweiten Compliance Management Systems
- Dabei identifizierst du geeignete Compliance-Kenngrößen und entwickelst regelmäßige Reports für die Unternehmensleitung
- Du verantwortest die gruppeninternen Richt- und Leitlinien, begleitest die Tochtergesellschaften bei den fortlaufenden Inhouse-Prüfungen und führst Mitarbeiterschulungen durch
- Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit den Compliance-Beauftragten der Gruppenunternehmen im In- und Ausland ab und beobachtest die aufsichtsrechtlichen Regelungen im Hinblick auf Relevanz und Auswirkungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Themenfeldern Governance, Risk und Compliance vorzugsweise in einem Unternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung
- Kenntnisse der relevanten rechtlichen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen im Forderungsmanagement
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Projektplanung und -durchführung sowie in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen zeichnen dich aus
- Analytisches, konzeptionelles und ganzheitliches Denkvermögen gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungskompetenz und einem integrativen Arbeitsstil
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) und Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab
