Deutschlandweite Service- und Wartungseinsätze bei Kunden vor Ort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zuständig für die Installation, Wartung und Instandhaltung moderner Videoüberwachungs- und Sicherheitssysteme
- Du verantwortest Montage und Inbetriebnahme stationärer sowie mobiler Überwachungslösungen
- Du machst Analysen und Behebungen technischer Störungen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
- Du führst Service- und Wartungseinsätzen deutschlandweit durch
- Du dokumentierst die durchgeführten Arbeiten und Serviceeinsätze
- Du unterstützt bei der Konfiguration und Optimierung von Anlagen
- Du arbeitets eng mit unserem technischen Innendienst zusammen
- Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden während der Einsätze

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an moderner Sicherheits- und Videotechnik
- Du glänzt durch deine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden
- Du besitzt Führerschein Klasse B und bist reisebereit für deutschlandweite Einsätze
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit (C1)
- Idealerweise bringst du schon erste Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst oder Servicebereich mit
- Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
