For all potential customers you are the voice and the face of our company. Working closely with our Sales & Marketing team, you will develop sophisticated strategies and best practices to understand how our product can simplify the lives of tens of thousands of logistics professionals.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will take an active role in building one of the most performant SaaS sales engines in Europe
  • You own and hack your research and outreach to constantly try to find new ways and social hacks to identify and reach your target personas
  • You engage with our potential clients via social, email, video and phone daily and spread the excitement for the TradeLink way
  • You constantly help to develop, refine and share your communication strategies and pitching skills within our team and Sales Academy
  • You work closely with your Sales Team to constantly re-evaluate our best performing-processes and channels and celebrate daily achievements

What you need to succeed

  • You are currently studying
  • You have strong interest in business development and sales as well as a strong can-do mentality
  • You gained first experiences in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • You convince with your great communication skills and a high level of empathy allow you to win prospects in writing, video, and phone calls and your ability to spark enthusiasm in calls is strong
  • You are an absolute self-starter and boundless drive, and you love your progress and have the ambition to become a future sales expert
  • You love to be challenged in a fast-paced environment, and you are a person of conviction as well as you feel like you will thrive in our culture

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
