Deine Aufgaben

  • People Strategy & Organisationsdesign. Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Management eine skalierbare Organisation und schaffst alle Teamvorraussetzungen, um unsere Wachstumspläne zu realisieren.
  • HR Operations & Jobdesign. Du leitest das People Department (bislang 2 MA), entwickelst einen sechsten Sinn dafür, welche Persönlichkeiten perfekt zu uns passen, setzt die richtigen Maßnahmen um, um diese Talente anzuziehen und hilfst dabei, sie in Interviewprozessen auszuwählen. ​
  • Culture & Development. Du erstellst KPIs für die Performance-Evaluierung unseres Teams, agierst als Cultural Coach, entwickelst unsere getpressis zu absoluten Superstars und stärkst die Mitarbeiterbindung und -zufriedenheit. ​
  • HR Admin. Du stellst sicher, dass alle Bereiche des Arbeitsrechts den gesetzlichen Vorgaben entsprechen, organisierst mit deinem Team die Personalverwaltung, Verträge, Verhandlungen und entwickelst Gehalts- und Bonusmodelle. ​
  • Employer Branding. Du entwickelst getpress strategisch zu einem der begehrtesten Arbeitsorte für PRler:innen in Deutschland und verantwortest dafür alle wichtigen Kanäle wie Kununu etc.

  • Du bringst mind. 5 Jahre HR Erfahrung mit, davon mind. 3-4 Jahren als Head of People oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion.
  • ​Du hast einen Start-up oder Agentur-Background und kennst dich in der Medienbranche aus (nice to have).
  • ​Du bist bereits in der Wachstumsphase eines Unternehmens dabei gewesen, das sich von mind. 10 auf ca. 50-100 Personen weiterentwickelt hat.
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete Führungsfähigkeiten und bringst Führungserfahrung von mindestens 40 Personen mit.
  • ​Du bringst gute Kenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts mit (Schwerpunkt Deutschland).
  • ​Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1 Niveau und hast gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
