Was erwartet Sie?
- Organisation desTagesgeschäftes und der Produktionsabläufe mit Hilfe von Planungssoftware
- Ausdruck der erforderlichen Herstellungsdokumente und Prüfung auf Übereinstimmung mit den Kundenvereinbarungen und Terminvorgaben
- Stammdatenanlage und -verwaltung
- Harmonisierung des Hauptplanungstools mit den anderen europäischen Ethylenoxid Sterilisations-Standorten sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung
- Optimierung der OEE als übergeordnetes Ziel
- Planung und Koordination der Maintenance-Zeiten an den Sterilisatoren sowie vorbereitende Unterstützung und Abbildung der Shut Downs in den Planunungssystemen
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Kennzahlen, Erhebung der täglichen Produktionszahlen, Forecastabstimmung mit Sales und Customer Service mindestens auf monatlicher Basis
- Kommunikation mit den Schnittstellenabteilungen, insbesondere Customer Service, Produktion und Warenhaus

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, ggf. mit Weiterbildung oder Studium im Bereich Materialwirtschaft / Produktionsplanung / Supply Chain/ Business Intelligence
- Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Produktionsplanung oder Absolvent mit Praktikumserfahrung
- Organisationstalent und ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
- Pragmatisches, strukturiertes und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse
- GMP-Kenntnisse
- Großes Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierung im Unternehmen, idealerweise mit coding skills
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
