We are looking for a Chief of Staff (m/f/d) to join our solutions-driven and ambitious team in the heart of Berlin. You will work closely with leadership to enable successful shareholder and customer relations. You will work with a cross-functional team in developing pitches, strategies and business cases and driving strategic initiatives to grow our business.
Your Responsibilites
You are responsible for the strategic support for board and shareholder meetings, developing the meeting agenda, presentation and reporting
You develop and maintain maintaining key business development materials, including pitch decks, presentations, reports
You will be responsible for the financial modelling and development of business cases
You coordinate projects for key business development initiatives, for example customer summits
You take over research projects, for example competitive benchmarking
You implement special projects, for example leadership offsite
You discover and evaluate new business projects
You support decision making process with research, data and analysis

Your Qualifications
You have minimum 5 years in management consulting, corporate affairs, special projects or a strategic business development role with broad exposure to C-level engagement
You have experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, fluid environments
You have excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills, in particular at C-level
You have the proven ability to compose clear and impactful materials on complex topics for internal and external use that are fit-for-purpose and combine inputs from product, legal, and other functions
You have the proven ability to develop financial models and business cases that are based on a strong understanding of the business fundamentals.
You combine financial and business acumen and act as a partner to the leadership and business development teams to ensure our customer relationships are based on sound financial models
You thrive in cross-functional roles that require understanding of different areas and a collaborative mindset
You are fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
You are experienced in healthcare, insurance industry or with a digital health product is a plus
At least 10 years of relevant experience

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
