Head of Product Support - Operations / B2B / HR (m/f/d)
In this role you will be responsible for making sure that our product works and is updated for both our Customers and End-users as well as managing 2nd level support for our B2B customers.
Your responsibilities
- You will manage a team which will provide 2nd level customer support for our B2B customers all over the world
- You will lead the product management team, which is responsible for making sure that our products are updated and translated to all our languages
- You will make sure that our documentation and training materials provided to our Customers are updated and well understood
- You will ensure that our documentation and FAQs facing towards our end-users is updated and well understood
- You will collect and respond to end-user feedback and providing it towards Product Team
- You will measure customer and end-user satisfaction with our product

Your profile
- You are a true leader
- You bring along experience in providing Customer support, preferably in B2C environment
- You gained experience with managing and maintaining a product and its content (for example CMS, e-shop etc.)
- You have an understanding of Product management and Customer Experience (which you are keen to get deeper into)
- You are fluent in English, German language is a plus
- You show interest in revolutionising the healthcare industry
- You spread energy and like to contribute to a positive company culture
