In this position, you will support the development and operation of our internal sales development and partnership management. This includes contributing to concepts, operational customer and partner communications, and data maintenance and analysis. Your role will have a significant impact on optimizing and developing new revenue streams, with a strong focus on delivering the most attractive financial solutions to our users.
Your responsibilities
- You increase customer loyalty and the general and specific conversion rates along the value chain
- You create a decision-making basis for further activities and continuously optimize them
- You are responsible for partner acquisition and management, negotiation and performance optimization
- You develop advertising campaigns together with our partners
- You work closely with external and internal partners and stakeholders

- You are studying marketing, business administration, economics or have comparable experience
- You show interest in sales - ideally you already have some work experience in this field
- You have preferably been able to gain experience in the financial services industry
- You prefer to work in a data-driven way and show an analytical understanding - it's easy for you to understand topics fast
- You are strongly customer-oriented and have good organizational skills
- You can motivate yourself well and have excellent problem solving skills
- You shine with your communication skills - you are able to interact with different types of people

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
