Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Projektmanager (m/w/d) bei der Kalkulation von Projekten, kontinuierliches Monitoring der Budgetplanung und Projektkosten sowie die Veranlassung der Rechnungsstellung
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Kunden-Forecasts
- Erstellung und Verifizierung der monatlichen Leistungserfassung sowie der Management- und Projekt-Reports
- Analyse der Kosten- und Leistungsdaten und Sicherstellen einer hohen Datenqualität, in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitern (m/w/d) und Mitarbeitern (m/w/d)
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Geschäftsentwicklungen zur Ableitung von Zielvorgaben und Maßnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von standortübergreifenden Controlling-Instrumenten, -Standards sowie Prozessen
- Analyse von relevanten betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und Aufbereitung der Erkenntnisse sowie Vorstellung vor dem Team, der Geschäftsleitung (m/w/d) oder dem Kunden (m/w/d)

Ihr Profil
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium einer relevanten Fachrichtung, insbesondere BWL - von Vorteil in der Fachrichtung Controlling/Finanzen
- Gerne bieten wir Absolventen (m/w/d) eine Möglichkeit, wenn praktische Erfahrungen vorhanden sind
- Hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, VBA Interesse wäre ein Plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
