- Du bist die treibende Kraft im operativen Bewerbermanagement / eRecruiting
- Du fungierst als Impulsgeber und Treiber für den Einsatz digitaler HR-Instrument und -Prozesse und arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Prozessoptimierung der Recruiting und Bewerbermanagment-Tools
- Du wirkst bei der strategischen und operativen Umsetzung von Personalthemen mit und entwickelst mit deiner Expertise unsere Unternehmenskultur weiter
- Du berätst als verlässlicher Ansprechpartner:in die Fachbereiche hinsichtlich aller HR-Fragestellungen, leitest Empfehlungen und entwickelst die richtigen Lösungen
- Du leitest Projekte zur Integration der innovativen HR-Prozesse in die bestehenden Strukturen und Systeme
- Du beaufsichtigst das Bewerberscreening, führst Jobinterviews und erstellst, veröffentlichst und aktualisierst Stellenanzeigen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Master Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrungen im Bereich HR-Management mit
- Du zeigst ein sehr gutes Verständnis zentraler HR-Themen (Vergütung, Recruiting/Staffing, Onboarding, Mitarbeiterkommunikation, Compensation und Benefits, Arbeitsrecht)
- Du überzeugst durch deinen selbstbewussten, kommunikativen Charakter mit guten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Du punktest mit einem professionellen Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
