  • Du erarbeitest nachhaltige Recruiting-Strategien basierend auf den Unternehmenszielen

  • Du erstellst und veröffentlichst Stellenausschreibungen, verantwortest das Active Sourcing, die Vorselektion und Erstgespräche 
  • Du verantwortest Teile des Employer Brandings und arbeitest an internationalen HR-Projekten 
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Agentur für Arbeit, Bildungsträger, Hochschulen, Personaldienstleister und andere Kooperationspartner
  • Du verantwortest Networking auf Social Media und anderen Plattformen
  • Du bist bei Messen und Bewerbertagen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung 
  • Du bringst mindestens 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Recruiting bzw. HR und Erfahrung mit Employer Branding bzw. Recruitment Marketing mit 
  • Du kennst dich in der Personalsachbearbeitung und mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen aus 
  • Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP HR / Success Factors  mit 
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Tools
  • Du zählst hohe soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität sowie Kreativität zu deinen Stärken
  • Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bringst zeitweise Reisebereitschaft mit

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
