Customer Success Manager sind die Stimme der Kunden in unserem Unternehmen. Sie bemühen sich täglich um die Beantwortung einer einfachen Frage: Wie können wir einen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden schaffen? Diese Rolle ist die Hauptanlaufstelle für unsere Kunden nach dem ersten Verkauf. Das Ziel ist es, den Wert zu maximieren, den unsere Kunden aus der Teilnahme an unseren hochwertigen, nur auf Einladung stattfindenden Veranstaltungen ziehen können. Die Rolle ist ein Teil unserer Vertriebsorganisation, und wir sehen jede Kundeninteraktion als Chance, Kunden zu binden und den Umsatz zu steigern.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du kommunizierst unser Veranstaltungskonzept an die Kunden und verdeutlichst den Mehrwert, der durch die Nutzung unserer Dienstleistungen entsteht
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden das Beste aus unseren Events herausholen, durch maßgeschneidertes Coaching und Vorbereitung.
  • Du baust persönliche Beziehungen zu Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle auf (Face-to-Face, Social Media, Event Execution, Telefon, E-Mail und natürlich während unserer Eventtage!)
  • Du managst Kundenerwartungen und sammelst Feedback, um das beste Kundenerlebnis zu garantieren.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Sales Managern zusammen, um den Customer Lifetime Value zu erhöhen (Cross-Selling, Up-Selling, Portfolio Sales)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Produktmanagern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir qualitative Events liefern, gemeinsam die Business Matchmaker sind und Ergebnisse erzielen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung im Relationship Management, Account Management oder in einer anderen kundenorientierten Funktion, idealerweise in einem B2B-Umfeld
  • Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine echte "Can-Do"-Einstellung und hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden am Telefon und im persönlichen Gespräch aus
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
