Customer Success Manager - DACH / Customer Service / Account Management (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- You communicate our event concept to customers, and illustrate the value created by using our services
- You are making sure our customers get the most out of our events, by tailor-made coaching and preparation.
- You build personalized relationships with customers through various channels (face-to-face, Social Media, Event Execution, phone, email and of course during our event days!)
- You manage customer expectations and collect feedback to guarantee the best customer experience.
- You cooperate closely with Sales Managers to increase customer lifetime value (cross-selling, up-selling, portfolio sales)
- You work closely together with our product managers to make sure we deliver qualitative events, together be the business matchmakers and reach results

Your profile:
- You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience within relationship management, account management or other customer facing role, ideally in a B2B environment
- You have a bachelors degree in a relevant field
- You stand out with your genuine “can-do” attitude and superb customer service skills on the phone and face-to-face
- You're fluent in German and English

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
