Als Teil des Marketing Teams verwaltest und betreibst Du die Datenstrategie für den DACH-Zielmarkt voran, um die gesetzten Geschäftsziele zu erreichen und die Expansion zu unterstützen. Anhand von Daten unserer Firmenevents evaluierst du Lücken und stellst fest, worauf wir uns fokussieren sollen. Der DACH-Markt ist ein sehr relevanter Markt und Deine Handlungen werden einen großen Einfluss auf die Effizienz und das Wachstumspotential von unserem Unternehmen haben.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst sicher, dass Datenquellen und Datenmodelle für den DACH-Markt zur Verfügung stehen, um die erforderlichen Analysen durchzuführen, indem Du klare Anforderungen stellst
- Du verwaltest und erstellst Datenbankempfehlungen und -analysen zur CRM-Strategie auf der Grundlage von Erkenntnissen und Trends, um die Leistung zu verbessern und das Kundenerlebnis speziell für den deutschsprachigen Markt zu steigern
- Du erstellst und optimierst die Segmentierung der Kundendatenbank und das Targeting für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz
- Du stellst sicher, dass die vom Marketingteam verwendeten Daten rechtzeitig und in hoher Qualität zur Verfügung stehen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten durch mindestens 1 Jahr Praxiserfahrung in einem analytikbezogenen Bereich
- Du bist begabt für quantitative/qualitative Datenanalysen und hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Statistik
- Du hast starke Fähigkeiten bei der Identifizierung geeigneter Datenquellen und der Automatisierung von Datenerfassungsprozessen
- Du hast schon einige Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Quellsystemen
- Du hast bist davon überzeugt, dass qualitativ hochwertige Datenarbeit nur durch das Verstehen der Grundlagen und die Beachtung von Details erreicht werden kann
- Du bist belastbar, ein Teamplayer und arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch und Deutsch auf mindestens C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
