Your Responsibilities

  • You build relationships with relevant stakeholders at existing customers and create a customer expansion strategy
  • You establish contacts with other business units and other countries for existing customers
  • You identify customer demand for new projects and increase sales and profitability of each customer
  • You are responsible for the definition and execution of strategic projects
  • You will be responsible for the continuous maintenance of the CRM system
  • You take over the pitching of new projects or products to customers (e.g. product demos)
  • You continuously optimize processes in Sales & Marketing and prepare the internal reporting
  • You identify customer requirements and communicate them to the Product and Operations departments

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
