We are looking for a full-time Growth Manager - Paid Media / SEM / Google Ads (m/f/d) to join our Marketing Team. As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working location. Therefore, you can work from one of our offices in London, Paris, Munich or remotely within the UK, France, Germany or Spain.

What you can expect

  • You are responsible for executing, managing, optimising reporting all our paid media activity - Google Ads - LI Ads - Facebook - Instagram and others
  • You support the improvement of our online presence (eg reviews, community) to optimise our impact (SEM)
  • You run well-planned, synchronised campaigns leveraging multiple channels in collaboration with other Squads
  • You manage weekly reports, weekly progress in easy-to-read, executive style dashboards, along with plans to fix gaps between actual against targeted leads value
  • You collaborate with the team on all growth initiatives, identifying with data and experiences
  • You are up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitors' growth activities and other innovative approaches

What you need to succeed

  • You successfully managed paid social and PPC campaigns
  • You have experience in Salesforce and Pardot and extensive growth experience working in a similar e-commerce tech-driven environment
  • You have strong understanding of GTM and an inclination to “execute, measure, improve, optimise”
  • Knowledge of developing and maintaining comprehensive account profiles and target personas
  • You know your way around budgets and reporting against them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a Growth Marketing role and proven experience delivering business growth through performance marketing would be a plus
