Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist beteiligt an dem Aufbau einer brandneuen Medienplattform und Community, die sich mit allen Themen rund ums Office Management beschäftigt - von Ratgeber, über Reportagen bis hin zu Interviews mit Experten möchten wir alles abdecken, was Office Manager interessiert
- Du übernimmst journalistische und kreative Aufgaben rund um den Aufbau der Plattform. Dazu gehören zum Beispiel das Schreiben und Redigieren von Artikeln, die Erstellung von Video-Content und die konzeptionelle Planung der Website
- Du hilfst, Ideen für ansprechenden Content zu entwickeln und hast dabei sowohl ein Auge für Mehrwert, als auch für Ästhetik
- Du bist auch an der Verbreitung beteiligt - hauptsächlich über Social Media. Dazu gehört sowohl der Ausbau der Kanäle selbst, als auch gezieltes Online-Marketing
- Du interagierst auf verschiedenen Kanälen mit der Community, beispielsweise durch Social Media oder Email
- Du übernimmst gegebenenfalls anfallende administrative Aufgaben, wie z.B. die Pflege von Datenbanken oder die Kalkulation von Budgets

- Du hast Zeit und Lust auf wertvollen Einblick in den Entstehungsprozess eines spannenden Projektes, das noch komplett in den Kinderschuhen steckt und von einem der erfolgreichsten Start-Ups Berlins großgezogen wird
- Du bist kreativ, hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache und Ästhetik und hast Spaß daran, ansprechenden Content zu produzieren
- Du hast Interesse an journalistischer Arbeit. Idealerweise bringst Du schon erste Erfahrungen mit dem Schreiben journalistischer Texte und/oder Videoproduktion mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
