Your Responsibilities
- You write and post job advertisements
- You build your pipelines by screening incoming applications and pro-active sourcing
- You act as a sparring partner to our hiring managers and candidates
- You work closely with HR in all matters concerning recruitment
- You implement employer branding initiatives
- You manage external partners and recruitment agencies
- You help to increase our company growth target

Your Profile
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree
- You got at least 1+ year of experience in recruitment, either agency – or corporate recruitment
- You already got strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- You work candidate focused with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You're able to manage multiple ongoing projects
- Based in Amsterdam, Berlin, Stockholm or Helsinki (or planning to move there on short term)
- You're fluent in English and one of the following: Finnish, Swedish, German or Dutch
At least 1 year of work experience required

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
