Business Development Representative Italy - B2B (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You establish contacts with new prospects and partners throughout Italy. You approach and connect potential new lead across different sources
- You prepare Go-to-Market Campaigns, from e-mails, phone scripts, to collaterals such as presentations
- You own the Go-to-Market Campaigns operations, you reach out to highly engaged leads via outbound mailing and phone outreach to convey our value proposition
- You develop key account intelligence by identifying contacts’ budget, authority and timing
- You convert leads into scheduled demos for the Key Account Managers
- You maintain strict documentation of all go-to-market activities within our CRM Salesforce
- You collaborate with team members to improve go-to-market processes and operations
- You facilitate and help with translation of the website and sales/ legal documents
- You measure your success backed-up with data.
- You provide strategic input to Founders including business opportunities, market focus, feedback, etc.

Your Qualifications
- You are a "digital native" and have an understanding of B2B SaaS applications
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have initial experience in sales, customer success, product management and / or marketing
- You have excellent analytical skills to work on complex issues
- You have excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You are a native Italian speaker and your English is fluent
- You have strong organizational, project management skills and communication skills
- You work in a self-organized and structured manner
- You are willing to learn CMS like HubSpot and WordPress or CRM like Salesforce

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
