Was erwartet Dich?
- Du verantwortest unsere End-to-End Supply Chain, von Demand (Forecasts) bis Supply Management (Stock Parameters, ABC-Class, Produktionsplansteuerung)
- Du verantwortest und entwickelst unsere globalen Supply Chain KPIs-Steuerung (Inbound, Outbound, Bestand) konsequent weiter
- Du definierst mit dem Supply Chain Team und der Geschäftsführung die langfristigen Work Flows und Prozesse
- Du setzt die Planungsstrategie und KPI-Steuerung um
- Du nimmst aktiv teil an der Y+1 bis Y+3 Budgetplanung
- Du unterstützt die ERP-Umsetzung, von Prozessdefinition bis zu Testphase, End-User Schulung und Go-Live
- Du führst weitere cross-funktionale Supply Chain Projekte, wie z.B. die weitere Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse, Lieferantintegrationen für Europa/Russland/Asien, die Implementierung eines analytischen Qualitätsmanagements und die Produktentwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unsere Logistiknetzwerke
- Du unterstützt in der operativen Betreuung unseren Lieferanten, Speditionen oder Logistikdienstleister

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen sowie über mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain, idealerweise im E-Commerce
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im dynamisch wachsendem eCommerce Business für einen internationalen Player
- Du hast eine große Affinität zu Zahlen und gehst Themen analytisch an, du möchtest aber auch konkrete Verbesserungen umsetzen.
- Du denkst agil und lean und hast Mut selbständig Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Du sprichst fließend English und idealerweise eine weitere Sprache
- Dir machen analytische, digitale und lösungsorientierte Themen Spaß
- Du bringst Hands-on-Mentalität und Engagement mit
