Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Bauinformatik oder Projektmanagement (Bau)
- Drei Jahre Erfahrung im Beruf in vergleichbarer Position
- Sicherer Umgang mit ArchiCAD und den gängigen Office-Programmen sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich 3D-Modellierung
- Erfahrung in enger Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit Fachplanern sowie gutes Verständnis für interdisziplinäre Planungsabläufe
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kreativität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Eine engagierte, strukturierte sowie verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der BIM-Gesamtkoordination und im BIM-Management

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
