Was erwartet Dich?
- Ob Klimaanlagen, Wärmepumpen oder Wassernetze: Kompetent leitest Du unsere Bauvorhaben aus den Bereichen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für Gewerbekund:innen
- Du planst neue Anlagen, erstellst akkurate Angebote und hast dabei immer die Kundenwünsche und die Kosten im Blick.
- Dazu gehört natürlich auch, dass Du die Materialdisposition und die Montage- und Personalplanung übernimmst sowie bei Fragen zu Aufmaßerstellung, Abnahme, Nachtragsmanagement und Abrechnung mit Deinem Know-how unterstützt.
- Da Du "Dein" Bauprojekt vor Ort betreust und unseren Kunden mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehst, kannst Du Dich auf jede Menge Abwechslung freuen.
- Mit klaren Anweisungen und einer guten Portion Fingerspitzengefühl koordinierst Du dort sowohl unsere Montage- und Konstruktionsteams als auch die Nachunternehmer:innen.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bist Techniker bzw. Meister (m/w/d) oder verfügst über ein Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik (z. B. Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima-, Anlagen- oder Gebäudetechnik, Facilitymanagement etc.)
- Du hast Praxis in der Projekt- und Bauabwicklung mit Schwerpunkt Lüftung sowie gerne erste Führungserfahrung
- Du bist freundlich und zuverlässig, hast Spaß am Kontakt mit Kunden, Lieferanten sowie an Teamarbeit und mit begeisterst mit Deiner Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein B, vorzugsweise BE

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
