- Du leitest ein kleines Marketing-Team und stellst maximale Motivation und Teamspirit sicher

- Du überblickst, gemeinsam mit unserer Agentur, unser SEO und erhöhst unsere Visibility im Web
- Du analysierst und optimierst relevante KPIs und erstellst Reportings und Empfehlungen für unsere Strategie; dabei erkennst du “Daten-Blindspots” in unserem Funnel und schließt diese
- Du etablierst neue Marketingkanäle und hebst so unentdeckte Potenziale

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Online-Marketing für ein B2B-Produkt idealerweise im HR-Umfeld
- Du hast nachweisliche Hands-on-Erfahrung im Performance Marketing und allen gängigen Ads-Managern
- Du hast relevante Erfahrung im SEO, CRM und Social Media Marketing
- Du bist immer offen für Neues und hast Lust neben den genannten Bereichen auch neue Channels auszuprobieren und bei Erfolg zu etablieren - am Ende zählt für dich die messbare Performance deiner Arbeit
- Du bist sehr analytisch und arbeitest datengetrieben
- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und findest dich in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld sehr gut zurecht; Erfahrungen in einem entsprechenden Umfeld (z.B. Startup) sind ein großes Plus
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und eine Führungskraft mit der ein Team gerne Erfolge feiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
