WAS WIR BRAUCHEN
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben aus dem Finanz- und dem Projektcontrolling
- Daher arbeitest Du nicht nur Hand in Hand mit den Kollegen aus Buchhaltung (Abstimmung mit der Steuerberatung und der internen Buchhaltung) und Datenauswertung (wir haben einen Power BI Programmierungsspezialisten), sondern bist als Projektcontroller auch Ideengeber und Sparringspartner von unseren Account- und Projektmanagern
- Wir arbeiten mit Dashboards, Automatisierung und Echtzeit-Auswertung , aus denen Du adhoc-, mittel- und langfristige Handlungsempfehlungen für die Projektleiter und die Geschäftsführung ableitest. Du bist eine der Kontroll- und Beratungsinstanzen für jeden rausgehenden Kostenvoranschlag und jede Ausgangsrechnung

DEIN PROFIL
- Bachelor in betriebswirtschaftlichem Studium (gern mit Schwerpunkt Controlling / Finance)
- Erste relevante Erfahrung im Controlling, Prozess-Management oder anderem adäquaten Aufgabenfeld (auch einschlägige Praktika oder Werkstudenten-Jobs zählen). Solltest Du schon 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung haben, dann lass den Junior in der Bewerbung einfach weg)
- Professioneller Umgang mit Microsoft Excel, Power BI von Vorteil
- Analytisches, unternehmerisches Denken und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative, Organisationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
