Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren die vorhandene prozess- und informationstechnische sowie softwareseitige Infrastruktur unserer Auftraggeber in den Bereichen Technische Dokumentation, Produktdatenmanagement sowie die Datenschnittstellen zu weiteren DV-Systemen.
- Sie konzipieren und moderieren Informationsprozessanalysen und erarbeiten die Konzepte für die erforderliche künftige Daten- und Systemstruktur.
- Sie entwickeln Datenmodelle, Metadaten- und Modularisierungskonzepte, Redaktionsleitfäden, etc. unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Standards und Anforderungen (z.B. DITA, iirds, etc.).
- Sie erstellen Spezifikationen (Pflichten-/Lastenhefte) für Redaktions- und Content-Managementlösungen und führen im Zuge unserer produktunabhängigen Beratungsleistung Produktvergleiche marktgängiger Systeme durch.
- Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden bei Systemauswahl und der Einführung der Systemlösungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verbinden Ihre Ausbildung und Erfahrung als Technischer Redakteur (m/w/d) mit hoher Affinität zu den zugehörigen Systemlösungen (Evaluation, Konfigurierbarkeit, Schnittstellen, Redaktionswerkzeuge, etc.).
- Sie sind in der Lage, sich die Vor- und Nachteile verschiedener XML-Redaktions-, Content- und Produktdaten-Managementsysteme anzueignen und diese Dritten zu vermitteln.
- Sie haben Erfahrungen mit der Spezifikation und Einführung von Redaktions- und Content-Managementlösungen.
- Sie streben eine Beratungs- und Umsetzungsfunktion zur Einführung von Technischen Informationslösungen und die dafür notwendigen prozess- und informationsspezifischen Voraussetzungen an.
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift und haben gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Für Kundenbesuche verfügen Sie über einen PKW-Führerschein.

Neben der normen- und richtlinienkonformen Dokumentation für die einzelnen Maschinen- und Anlagenteile spielt auch die anlagenübergreifende Betriebsanleitung eine zentrale Rolle, da diese das Zusammenwirken der einzelnen Teile und die daraus folgenden Maßnahmen für Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung beschreibt.
