- Du nimmst IT-Störungen und Fragen im Rahmen des First- und Second-Level-Supports auf und klärst diese und bearbeitest sie im Ticketsystem
- Du analysierst, klassifizierst und bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen per Telefon und Mail
- Du erfasst und dokumentierst Lösungen im Ticketsystem (Jira)
- Du betreust Anwender:innen in deutscher und ggf. auch englischer Sprache
- Du verwaltest, installierst und konfigurierst Bugfixes und führst Updates/Upgrades durch

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, sowie über relevante Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Betriebssystemen und Datenbanken (MS SQL) bringst Du ebenfalls mit
- Wünschenswert sind erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Intelligence
- Du begeisterst mit Deiner Hands-on Mentalität, Deiner lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und bist darüber hinaus ein echter Teamplayer
- Erfahrungen im IT-Support/Application-Support und Kundenservice setzen wir voraus
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch auf sehr gutem Niveau in Wort & Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
