Online Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing (m/w/d)

- Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter all unseren digitalen Marketingkampagnen, verwaltest ein siebenstelliges jährliches Media-Budget, hast direkte Umsatz- und Personalverantwortung
- Du planst und steuerst die komplette Ausrichtung der Kundenakquisitionsmaßnahmen über alle Kanäle. Durch regelmäßige Tests und neue Wachstumshypothesen optimierst du die Neukundenansprache für alle unsere Produkte.
- Du initiierst Wachstumsexperimente mit hohem Tempo. Deine umsetzungsorientierten Denkweise hilft dir dabei diese zu konzipieren, priorisieren und cross-funktional zu managen.
- Du baust ein internes Kompetenzzentrum für Neukundenaquise auf. Zu Beginn führst du ein Team aus externen Performance-Agenturen, sowie Mitarbeitern aus BI, Influencer Marketing und Content-Kreation.

Dein Skillset:
- Mind. 5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im datengetriebenen Online Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Neukundenakquise über Performance Marketing
- Tiefgreifende Expertise in der Optimierung von Paid Social Kanälen und D2C-Marketing-Attributionsmodellen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit starken D2C Brands, idealerweise FMCG
- Du brennst dafür ein überragendes Team aufzubauen und verfügst über Erfahrung im Aufbau von D2C-Marketing-Teams

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
