Your Responsibilities
- You will help to achieve our growth goals by recruiting top tech talent - finding the best candidates for our team
- As an experienced active sourcer, you will take responsibility for all active sourcing initiatives required to fill tech-focused positions
- Since you know exactly where to find the relevant target group, you are constantly developing new and unconventional ideas for actively addressing them
- You are responsible for the entire end-to end recruitment process: Your goal is a positive candidate experience (from the job posting to the selection process to the hiring decision)
- With your expertise in employer branding and personnel marketing, you are responsible for maintaining the career networks as well as other specific portals and presenting our company

Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus relevant to human resources or a comparable educational background
- You are an expert in Tech-Recruiting, you have several years of experience with tech recruiting and have demonstrably filled especially Senior Tech Positions
- You're up for a startup climate in a fast-growing company that is constantly trying out new ideas
- When it comes to active sourcing on e.g. Honeypot, LinkedIn and Indeed, no one can fool you based on your experience
- Your very good English skills complete your profile

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
