Was erwartet dich?
- Du beantwortest Anfragen zur Zahlungsabwicklung von unseren E-Commerce-Endkunden per E-Mail und Telefon
- Du gleichst Informationen aus verschiedenen Datenquellen zur Untersuchung von potentiellem Betrug ab und leitest die nächsten Schritte ab
- Du arbeitest aktiv im gesamten Bereich der Zahlungsabwicklung rund um den Endkunden, inklusive Refund Management, Chargeback Handling und Compliance Management mit
- Du übernimmst die laufende Kontrolle der relevanten KPIs
- Du führst eigenständige Reports und Analysen durch und bereitest Ergebnisse für das Management Team auf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
