#Traumjob - Dein Verantwortungsbereich mit vielseitigen Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Implementierung, Verinnerlichung, Etablierung sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anwendung von agilen Methoden (primär nach Scrum) in den Projektteams
- Du identifizierst und eliminierst (potenzielle) Hindernisse bei der Teamarbeit, um ein ideales Umfeld für eine hochleistungsfähige Teamdynamik sicherzustellen
- Du optimierst die Prozesse innerhalb unserer Entwicklerteams mit dem langfristigen Ziel der Selbstorganisation sowie der stetigen Steigerung der Teamleistung
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Owner zusammen, um den Kundennutzen unserer Software-Projekte zu maximieren
- Du organisierst und moderierst eigenverantwortlich Teambesprechungen, Workshops und Coachings
- Du treibst die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der agilen Techniken im gesamten Unternehmen aktiv voran
- Du bist an der Lösung von teamübergreifenden und organisationsbezogenen Problemen beteiligt

#Persönlichkeit - Du bereicherst unser Team mit folgenden Qualifikationen
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss im IT-Umfeld
- Du kannst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master eines Softwareentwicklerteams vorweisen
- Idealerweise besitzt Du eine Zertifizierung als Scrum Master (CSM oder PSM I)
- Du hast hervorragende Kenntnisse in Scrum, in der agiler Softwareentwicklung sowie in agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
- exzellente Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
