Du übernimmst sofort eigenverantwortlich Projekte und unterstützt das Sales- und Managementteam beim erfolgreichen Aufbau unseres Herzstücks: Seinen Kundenbeziehungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Basierend auf engen Kundenbeziehungen und der stetigen Akquise neuer Kunden, wird sich Deine Arbeit auf die Weiterentwicklung des Kundengeschäfts konzentrieren
- Dazu gehören Marktanalyse, Kaltakquise bei möglichen Kunden, die Aufbereitung und Auswertung der Kundendaten sowie die Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Strategien zum Ausbau unseres Netzwerkesnetwerkes
- Diese Rolle bietet dir Einblicke in einen komplexen Sales Zyklus mit Großkunden, Projektvielfalt und bereitet dich auf deine eigene Karriere im Start-up-Ökosystem vor

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Kaltakquise, im Fundraising oder einem vergleichbaren Feld, idealerweise im B2B-Kontext
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*In, in Berlin oder Umland, mit noch mindestens 6 Monaten Studium vor dir
- Dein solides wirtschaftliches Grundverständnis und dein Interesse für die Finanzwelt hilft dir, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
- Du beweist Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick auf Deutsch und dir macht es Spaß dich mit deinen Kolleg*Innen auf Englisch zu unterhalten
- Du kannst wöchentlich neben dem Studium 16 bis 20 Stunden arbeiten

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
