Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Dashboards und Reports und generierst Erkenntnisse und Einblicke, die unsere Kunden nicht haben
- Du sprichst direkt mit unseren Kunden, verstehst ihre Herausforderungen und definierst gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam das Lösungsbild für unser Produktmodul Dashboards und Reports
- Du analysiert die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden, die über unser System abgewickelt werden und erabeitest dafür datenbasierte Optimierungspotenziale
- Du wirst die erste Full-Time Einstellung im Business Intelligence bei uns sein. Daher bist du end-to-end für alle Aufgaben in diesem Bereich verantwortlich
- Du betreust die BI Systeme, inklusive der Infrastruktur, z.B. Tableau und Google BigQuery, und passt sie auf die neuen Anforderungen an
- Du stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher, um unseren Kunden verlässliche Auswertungen zu liefern
- Du entwickelst neue, robuste und skalierbare ETL Pipelines, um unterschiedliche Datenquellen zu integrieren
- Du erstellst Auswertungen für interne Stakeholder, z.B. Sales oder Customer Success und identifizierst proaktiv neue Optimierungsfelder und gibst datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als BI Analyst
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Studiengang (z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Physik oder Mathematik)
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Einsatz aktueller BI Tools und dem Erstellen von Dashboards in diesen Tools, idealerweise Tableau mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit SQL, Datenmodellierung und Datenbanksystemen im produktiven Umfeld
- Du besitzt eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und Daten und kannst diese in wertvolle Insights sowohl für unsere Kunden als auch für uns umwandeln
- Du kannst komplexe Prozesse in der Kundendomäne schnell verstehen und darin Konzepte und Lösungen erarbeiten
- Du konntest bereits Kenntnisse in einer oder mehrerer Programmiersprachen wie Python oder R sammeln
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrungen mit der Betreuung von Server Infrastruktur
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse über Software-Engineering
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst dich gut ausdrücken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
