Unser Unternehmen ist eine wachsende Agentur aus Lüneburg mit ca. 120 Mitarbeitern. Wir sind spezialisiert auf Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Online-Vermarktung. Zu unserem Portfolio gehören u.a. Disziplinen wie Webdesign und -entwicklung, Suchmaschinenwerbung, Suchmaschinenoptimierung, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate-Marketing und Display Marketing sowie Beratungsleistungen rund um die optimale Gestaltung und Vermarktung von Online-Auftritten. Neben Großportalen von Marktführern betreuen wir auch zahlreiche mittelständische Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist unser Profi bezüglich der Koordination und Organisation von kanal-übergreifenden Kundenprojekten und entwickelst diese weiter.
- Du behältst die Qualität im Blick und bringst die Kundenerwartungen mit der Agentur-Performance in Einklang.
- Du bist der verhandelnde Dolmetscher zwischen den Fachabteilungen der Agentur, Dienstleistern und zeichnest dich durch deine lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise aus.
- Dabei wirst du interne Projektmeetings sowie Kundenmeetings regelmäßig organisieren und durchführen.
- Zusätzlich wirst du im Bereich des Performance Monitoring aktiv und hast die Verantwortung dafür, Reportings zu erstellen sowie diese auch mit den Kunden zu besprechen.
- Du hast Freude an externen und internen Präsentationen und vertrieblichen Aktivitäten bei Bestands- sowie Neukunden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse sowie erste Berufserfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Beratung sowie kaufmännisches Fachwissen, besonders im Marketing.
- Außerdem hast du mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement/ Consulting/ Kundenbetreuung.
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Online-Marketing gesammelt.
- Power Point, Excel und Word nutzt du sicher.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und trittst sicher und überzeugend auf.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest präzise und strukturiert.
- Du hast hohe Ansprüche an die eigene Leistung.
