Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen das technische Projektmonitoring bei Wohnimmobilien-Forward-Deals mit einem Investitionsvolumen von > € 30 Millionen
- Sie wählen, vergeben, steuern und kontrollieren die von uns zu mandatierenden Dienstleister für das Projektcontrolling sowie weiterer Sachverständiger
- Sie führen regelmäßige Baustellen-Kontrollen, Vor- und Nachbereitung durch und führen Bauherren Besprechungen
- Sie überwachen das Budget sowie die Rechnungsprüfung/-freigabe
- Sie identifizieren und implementieren Maßnahmen zur Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit von Wohngebäuden
- Sie begleiten technische Aspekte der Vermietungsaktivitäten von Wohnungen sowie kleiner Gewerbeeinheiten
- Sie unterstützen das Management von Wohnimmobilien-Portfolios in Deutschland in technischen Belangen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder ingenieurtechnisches Studium, vorzugsweise mit immobilien-spezifischer Ausrichtung oder eine technische Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich
- Sie konnten mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer KVG, in einem Architekturbüro, als Projektleiter bei einer Baufirma oder einem Immobilien-Beratungsunternehmen, insbesondere im Segment Wohnimmobilien sammeln
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere in MS Excel
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig sowie eigenverantwortlich und haben eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (Süd) und Österreich
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Ehrgeiz und hohes Engagement aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
