Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen die IT-Systeme unserer Kunden, kümmern sich um die Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen und beheben gemeldete Fehler
- Sie sind der/die technische Fachexperte/in hinter unseren IT-Consultants, um Kundenanforderungen erfolgreich in die Tat umzusetzen
- Sie führen regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten durch und übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben in Kundenprojekten
- Sie arbeiten eng in einem Team von IT-Systemadministratoren zusammen und unterstützen sich gegenseitig
- Sie arbeiten vorwiegend remote an den Systemen und halten telefonisch Kontakt zu unseren Kunden
- Sie dokumentieren in unserem internen Wiki ihre Architekturen und Konfigurationen

- Sie bringen mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrungen im Infrastrukturbetrieb mit
- Sie kennen sich mit mindestens drei dieser Themen aus Windows Clients, Server-Betriebssystemen (Windows 201x / Linux), MS Active Directory, MS SQL-Server, Citrix / Windows Terminalserver, Office 365
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und zielorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
