Xamarin Mobile App Entwickler (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Wir arbeiten in kleinen, agilen Produkt-Teams von drei bis fünf Personen und organisieren uns über Jira und Confluence. Die Kommunikation läuft, wenn digital, primär über Slack und Kommentaren in Pull-Requests. Spezifikationen zum User Interface Design sind über InVision dokumentiert und in Abstract versioniert.
- Die gesamte Codebase liegt auf GitLab. Von dort werden unsere fertigen Produkte kontinuierlich auf staging- und wöchentlich auf production Instanzen in der Microsoft Azure public cloud veröffentlicht.
- Jeder im Team analysiert, konzipiert, programmiert und gestaltet jeden Aspekt der Produkte mit. Eine enge Kommunikation mit den jeweiligen Product Ownern und Designern gehören zum Alltag, um die beste User-Experience für sein Produkt zu gewährleisten. Dabei tragen alle im Team die gleiche Verantwortung.
- Aufgrund flacher Hierarchien können wir schnell Entscheidungen treffen und umsetzen. So ist jeder bei uns maßgeblich nicht nur an der Gestaltung der Produkte, sondern seines Arbeitsplatzes und des Unternehmens beteiligt.
- Mit jedem Projekt kommen oftmals neue Technologien und Herausforderungen auf Dich und Dein Team zu. Das ist intensiv. Und eine absolut einmalige Chance, jeden Tag Neues zu lernen. In kurzer Zeit verstehst Du, komplexe digitale Produkte selbstständig zu entwerfen und zu programmieren und entwickelst Dich vom Software Developer zum ganzheitlich denkenden Product Engineer weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung sowie über solide Kenntnisse über grundlegende APIs von mindestens einer der beiden Plattformen Android und iOS (respektive Xamarin.iOS und Xamarin.Android)
- Du beherrschst die C# Programmiersprache sowie die Beschreibungssprache XAML und das MVVM Muster
- Du hast vorzeigbare Erfahrungen mit SQLite Datenbanken, bei der Veröffentlichung von mobilen Apps im Apple App Store bzw. Google Play Store sowie ein Gespür für gelungenes User Experience Design und ein Auge für gutes User Interface Design
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit unterstützenden Werkzeugen wie Git und JIRA
- Erfahrungen mit Xamarin.Forms und/oder UWP sowie bei Veröffentlichung von mobilen Apps im Microsoft Store und/oder App Stores, fokussiert auf dem chinesischen Markt, sind wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
