Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist für die Steuerung unserer technischen Entwicklung verantwortlich und berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung
- Du leitest ein 6-köpfiges Team von Entwicklern aus den Bereichen Hardware (Leistungs- und Kommunikationselektronik) und Embedded Software (C, C++)
- Du verbesserst unsere Energy-Sharing Lösung durch kreative neue Ideen und entwickelst kontinuierlich neue Features dafür
- Du behältst das Big Picture und kümmerst dich um neue bzw. optimierst bestehende Prozesse von der Entwicklung bis zum technischen Support
- Mit Deiner analytischen und konzeptionellen Arbeitsweise schaffst Du Transparenz und sorgst für Verbindlichkeit

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement und Qualitätssicherung / -management und hast erste Erfahrungen mit Produktzulassungen
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams sammeln
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für fertigungs- und kostenoptimiertes Design und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Leistungselektronik und Mikrocontroller-Design
- Du zeigst Leidenschaft für neue Herausforderungen und eine „Getting Things Done“-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
