- Du bist zentraler Ansprech- und Sparringspartner rund um IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Betrieb, Cloud und Automation.
- Du konzipierst und realisierst Use Cases zur Automation mit PowerShell und ScriptRunner sowohl für Kunden als auch in der internen Demo-, Test- und Supportumgebung.
- Du bearbeitest und koordinierst komplexe Servicefälle im Second Level.
- Du pflegst einen engen Austausch mit dem Entwicklungs- und Marketingteam.
- Du entwickelst unser Supportteam als zentraler Know-how-Träger weiter und übernimmst erste Führungsaufgaben.
- Du unterstützt in der Produkt- und Technologiekommunikation; Blog, Website, Knowledge Base.
- Du kommunizierst und interagierst mit der IT-Pro-Community.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld sowie über Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration bzw. technischen Kundenberatung.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit PowerShell und in der Umsetzung von PowerShell-Scripten sowie Kenntnisse der Microsoft Windows-Server-Betriebssysteme, der Microsoft Serveranwendungen und Cloud Services.
- Du besitzt umfassendes Wissen im Bereich Active Directory, Azure AD, Virtualisierungsumgebungen sowie Networking und Security.
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in der Problemanalyse, -lösung und -dokumentation mit.
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
