Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in München suchen wir baldmöglichst einen (Junior) Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d). Die Stelle ist auf 12 Monate befristet (Elternzeitvertretung).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst, steuerst und wertest Performance Marketing Kampagnen aus – SEA (Google) und Paid Social Media (LinkedIn)
- Du optimierst die Website nach SEO-Gesichtspunkten und steuerst die externe Agentur
- Du erstellst und veröffentlichst aussagekräftige Social Media-Texte und Blog-Artikel
- Du verfasst und vertreibst Presseberichte
- Du lokalisierst und übersetzt Marketinginhalte
- Du beobachtest Trends und Entwicklungen im Online Marketing
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für übergreifende Themen und Aufgaben im Bereich Marketing

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene(s) Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Online Marketing im B2B-Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Erfolgsmessung von SEA- und SEO-Maßnahmen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Marketing Automation (HubSpot) und CMS (WordPress)
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Selbstständige, ordentliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und ein kommunikatives Wesen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
