Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst innovative und userfreundliche state-of-the-art Online-Produktfeatures
- Du arbeitest sehr eng mit unseren Produktmanagern und der Geschäftsführung zusammen
- Du erstellst Wireframes, Mock-ups & interaktive Prototypen und freust dich darauf, dass das Ergebnis von mehreren Millionen Nutzern verwendet wird
- Du bist stark in der visuellen Umsetzung von Features
- Du brennst dafür, dein Produkt langfristig zu gestalten und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du bist im Umgang mit UXPin, Balsamiq, Adobe, Sketch, etc. absolut sicher und hast außerdem Spaß daran, neue Tools auszuprobieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein fachbezogenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung absolviert
- Du hast bereits im E-Commerce Umfeld gearbeitet und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im UI / UX Bereich mit
- Du zeichnest dich aus durch dein stark konzeptionelles Denken und hast ein Auge für gutes Design und User Experience
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit der du komplexe Zusammenhänge durchdringst und findest immer eine pragmatische Lösung, die du auch eigenverantwortlich in die Tat umsetzt
- Du bist ein Macher mit Hands-on-Mentalität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
