DEINE AUFGABEN - HIERFÜR BRENNST DU:
- Du leitest und steuerst die Projekte in unserer Produktion – von der Planung bis zum Go-Live
- Je nach Deinen Skills und Entwicklungswünschen reichen Projekte von der Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen über die Integration ganz neuer Produkte in den Produktionsprozess bis hin zur Optimierung unserer Automatisierungsprozesse
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen im Unternehmen, wie der Softwareentwicklung, Produktion und unserem Produktmanagement
- Du stellst die notwendige Kommunikation zwischen allen beteiligten Stakeholdern während der Projekte sicher und sorgst dafür, dass alle den aktuellen Projektstatus kennen
- Du hast ein Auge auf die Einhaltung der Projektziele und Timings
- Du analysierst proaktiv Prozesse und Strukturen, leitest ggf. Optimierungsmaßnahmen ein und definierst am besten gleich Deine nächsten Projekte
