As a Technical Project Manager DACH (m/f/d) you are responsible for the project management from initiating to planning, executing, controlling, and closing in order to ensure successful completion of all agreed stage gates within the agreed specifications, like schedule, budget and contractual requirements. You act as the primary interface between all relevant stakeholders, both external and internal.
Your Responsibilities
- You define, monitor and manage project schedule and the allocated project budget
- You achieve full delivery according to the scope of the project and the required quality level
- You are accountable for interfacing with the customer and assuring customer satisfaction
- You represent the customer within the company
- You coordinate subcontractors if appropriate and other departments in an efficient and effective way
- You follow up & communicate project status and KPI’s to all relevant stakeholders
- You initiate corrective actions and ensure proper escalation to the right people (report problems on time when certain goals cannot be reached)
- You manage project scope and project risks, write internal and external project reports and support proposal and bid activity if appropriate

Your Qualifications
- University degree or similar, like technician, or technischer Fachwirt (Bachelor of technical management) with project management experience
- Several years of experience desirable
- Ambitious professionals are also welcome Competencies: Knowledge of project management techniques according to PMI / PMBOK
- PMI certification is desirable
- Technical affinity (this is a must)
- Analytical, methodical & problem-solving skills
- Communication skills, Negotiation and coordinating skills
- Setting priorities and focused on targets
- Stress resistance and Willingness to travel
- English & German fluently

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
