Your Tasks
- Participation in the monthly preparation of financial statements. Ownership of subsidiaries reporting and automated closing processes
- In depth analysis of revenues and Gross profit by country and product category
- Introduction of Cost Center (Departments) and Cost Unit (Countries) Reporting in collaboration with Accounting
- Group-wide implementation and optimization of accounting processes (e.g. dunning process, travel expenses)
- Active support in the introduction of a new ERP system with a potential migration from Datev to the new ERP Accounting Information system
- Group Financial planning, Forecasting & Analysis in collaboration with the CFO
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and special analyses for C-Level and Advisory board
- Servicing and auditing financials of European subsidiaries
- Build out Treasury related processes such as Cash-pooling, FX Management

Your Experience
- You have at least 4 years professional experience as a Financial Controller in a dynamic online company with international subsidiaries and good knowledge of accounting topics, specifically Revenue and COGS
- You have experience in monthly and year-end financial statements and in automating processes in Finance
- You have successfully managed projects across different business functions
- You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and can quickly get used to new systems/tools
- You have team spirit, are committed and you bring your own ideas
- You are familiar with working in a multicultural environment
- Affinity for eCommerce and dynamic online businesses is a plus
- You speak fluent English, German is a plus
