DEINE AUFGABEN – HIERFÜR BRENNST DU:
- Als technischer Produktmanager in unserer Produktion bist Du verantwortlich für das Qualitätsmanagement unserer fertigen Produkte und unserer Produktionsprozesse
- Das bestehende Produktportfolio prüfst Du kontinuierlich und detailgenau hinsichtlich Qualität und Materialeinsatz sowie der im Produktionsprozess eingesetzten Maschinen und Automatisierungen
- Zusammen mit unseren Projektleitern Produktion sorgst Du so dafür, dass wir immer mega Ergebnisse abliefern
- Darüber hinaus leitest Du einzelne Projekte zur Einführung neuer Produkte – von der Planung bis zum Go-Live
- Zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Maschinenparks entwickelst Du neue Projektideen und leitest zur Umsetzung geeignete Maßnahmen ein
- Du koordinierst und organisierst die Inbetriebnahme und Wartung neuer Maschinen
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen den Verantwortlichen von Shop, Produktion und Einkauf bist Du mit allen Teams im engen Austau

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung im Digitaldruck und in anderen Produktionsbereichen (z. B. Verpackungen) mit
- Ob Du Branchenerfahrung hast oder nicht: Du begeisterst Dich für Maschinen, hast Bock auf Gedrucktes und die Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen ist genau Dein Ding
- Du hast unsere Maschinen und Produkte immer im Blick und siehst sofort, wo wir noch mehr rausholen können
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und selbständig und Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Du willst immer perfekte Ergebnisse erzielen, kannst aber auch pragmatische Entscheidungen treffen und kommst so Deinem Ziel Schritt für Schritt näher
- Du packst gerne proaktiv mit an und zeichnest Dich durch Deine Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, sorgst für reibungslosen Informationsaustausch zwischen allen beteiligten Stakeholdern und triffst immer den richtigen Ton

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
