What you need to succeed
- Du hast deine Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast bestenfalls 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Kundensupport und Ticket-Management
- Du bist IT-affin, bringst gute analytische Fähigkeiten mit und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Software und Aufgaben ein
- Du findest es spannend Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Firmen und Branchen dabei zu unterstützen unsere Software bestmöglich zu nutzen
- Probleme bewundern ist nicht deins. Du gehst Dinge proaktiv und lösungsorientiert an
- Deine Ausdrucks- und Kommunikationsstärke spiegeln sich in deiner sicheren Schreibweise wider.
- Du verfügst sowohl über sehr gute Deutsch- als auch Englischkenntnisse (C2 Level) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
