Your Responsibilities
- You lead engagements with our automotive customers, managing complex implementations, serving as the central point of communication around project status, progress toward milestone dates and status of project issues and risks.
- You synthesize & communicate key customer feedback internally with our Product teams to help shape our product roadmap.
- You act as the voice of the customer: You communicate and help prioritize customer needs and share feedback from the field with the product team to improve our product.
- You track account health to identify growth opportunities, churn risks, and work proactively to deliver a superb customer experience.
- You manage the ongoing relationship with each of our customers to coordinate their use of each solution to the customer-defined business goals and desired outcomes.
- You work closely with our Sales team to drive expansions and new opportunities .
- You train new users and ensure continuous value generation for them.
- You collaborate with the rest of the Customer Success team to develop industry leading processes and best practices for delivering success to clients.
- Up to 30% travel for customer meetings or trade shows.

Your Profile
- You hold 4 + years of customer-facing and project management experience in the automotive sector as well as a Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering or Science.
- You have experience working with large enterprise customers and proven ability to execute in a customer-focused environment and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization.
- You show strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth; strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- You have the ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- You have demonstrated success to build relationships at multiple levels in a client organization.
- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You bring direct experience in the battery industry, eMobility, or a related field would be preferred.
- B2B SaaS customer success, account management or consulting experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English complete your profile.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
