In dieser agierst Du als Trusted Advisor für unsere Kunden. Dabei kannst Du Dich ganz auf die fachliche Komponente konzentrieren und so Deine Projekte zum Erfolg führen. Schwerpunktmäßig bewegen sich die Projekte im Bereich der Anwendungsmodernisierung, dem Application Development bis hin zur Software-Migration in Richtung Standardsysteme. Dich erwarten Kunden aus den verschiedensten Branchen und somit vielschichtige und abwechslungsreiche Projekte. Dabei bist du selbst auch gerne Hands-On noch mit dabei!

Was erwartet Dich?
- Du verantwortest die Planung, Durchführung sowie den Abschluss von Projekten im Bereich der IBM i Anwendungsmodernisierung, dem Application Development sowie der Software-Migration
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Projekt unter Beachtung des magischen Dreiecks sicher
- Du gewährleistest die Rentabilität unserer Projekte und unterstützt unser Faktura-Team bei der korrekten Rechnungsstellung an unsere Kunden
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Project Leads und Team Leads zusammen, da wir in einer Matrixorganisation aufgestellt sind
- Du entlastest den Vertrieb beim Ausbau unserer Aktivitäten bei Deinen Kunden und bringst Deine Markt- und Kundenkenntnisse bei uns ein, um unser Leistungsportfolio zu erweitern
- Du arbeitest kooperativ mit der Dir überstellten Bereichsleitung Services zusammen und stellst den Informationsfluss sicher

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du konntest bereits erfolgreich Softwareentwicklungsprojekte, bevorzugt im IBM i Umfeld, leiten
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung auf der IBM i (aka AS/400 bzw. IBM Power i Plattform) und den dort gängigen Sprachen (RPG-Varianten, gerne auch COBOL, sowie Java, JavaScript, Node.js usw.)
- Du kennst Dich mit Software-Entwicklungsprozess sowie relevanten Werkzeugen wie z.B. Eclipse, VS Code, RDi, git usw. aus
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation in der IT (Studium Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine Ausbildung zum Anwendungsentwickler mit entsprechender Erfahrung o.ä.)
- Du bist versiert in der Kommunikation intern sowie extern (Moderation, Präsentation, Motivation von Teams)
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, ohne wirtschaftliche Ziele aus den Augen zu verlieren
- Du erkennst rechtzeitig Schieflagen im Projekt und korrigierst diese aktiv und clever
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Teams zielorientiert auszurichten und zum Projekterfolg zu führen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
